Accountability utilizes an independent company that provides a thorough screening of all potential tenants.  That company provides us with an extensive report that includes: credit score/history, rental history, employment verification, fraud detection, a “tenant predictor score”, multi-state “skip” detection, and other crucial information.  Our leasing agents then make a recommendation based on the information.  However, the client makes the final decision.
