Accounting/Maintenance, Amy Neidig – Amy brings over (4) years of processing/accounting experience from a large processing company in California. With another (4) years of extensive customer service in the retail industry. Amy is detail orientated, efficient, and works very hard to ensure our clients and vendors, are up to date with maintenance & accounting concerns.
Property Manager, Michael Saracco – Michael is an Arizona State University graduate with an interdisciplinary degree in business and ethics. He brings experience in various facets of the property management/real estate industry. He holds an active real estate license, and is continually advancing his education in our industry. Michael has excellent customer service skills and is excited about bringing his fresh perspective to Accountability! In his off time Michael enjoys traveling with his wife to various destinations around the country.

Kristina or “Krissy” as she is known around the office, has been a licensed real estate professional for over 5 years, and has completed numerous real estate transactions. She thoroughly enjoys communicating with new clients, and strives to provide excellent customer service. Krissy is currently pursuing her BA in Psychology at ASU and even with her busy schedule; she still maintains excellent customer service. She has been a valley native for over 20 years.
Terra melds a warm smile and easy-going nature with more than three decades of local market knowledge and a mastery of residential negotiations. Michelle brings over (6) years of real estate experience to the table, with over 47 million dollars in sales volume. She has won numerous awards for exceptional real estate service with her previous company. Michelle graduated from NAU (Northern Arizona University) with a Business Management degree, and studied abroad in Spain with Lacunza. Michelle prides herself on her customer service, and has strong knowledge of the North West Valley area. Executive Assistant, Karla Siqueiros
Karla brings over 6 years of Business and Real Estate experience to Accountability. She is currently pursuing a BS in Nursing, and enjoys volunteering at a local hospice. Karla works diligently to handle many different facets of company operations. Her main responsibility is advertising but she also assists in utilities, marketing, tenant packages, and many other daily administrative functions. Karla brings a positive, professional attitude to work, and possesses excellent communication skills in both English and Spanish. Karla is a valuable team asset to our customers and team members alike.
Accounting Department, Carrie Glade
With a background in law and public service, Carrie understands the importance of attention to detail. She holds certifications in Property Management, Law, and Ethics, with an extensive knowledge of the Arizona Landlord Tenant Act. Carrie monitors client accounts to ensure accuracy and timely billing. She has won several customer service awards for her exceptional commitment to clients, and receives more accolades and compliments from our customers than any other staff member.
Sally has over 15 years of real estate experience with specialization in “luxury” homes for most of her career. She has a keen knowledge of the most desirable locations in the valley and an insider’s eye for value. Sally focuses on investment transactions and excels in customer service.
Diana brings over 7 years of real estate experience, she has attended various real estate training courses throughout her career. Prior to her real estate career, Diana worked in retail management and brings exemplary customer service to each and every client. Diana is a Phoenix Arizona native, and this gives her extensive knowledge of the Phoenix Metro area to assist her new clients when making real estate purchases. Diana enjoys working with first time buyers, her personal slogan “Your dreams with honesty and integrity”.
Chris holds a CCNA certification and is a Cisco instructor for that certification at South Mountain Community College, as well as a full time staff member for CCV. Chris ensures that our company can provide the technological support for outstanding customer service.
